مستوى نظافة العمالة رديئ ، وملابسهم قذره وغير مخصصة للعمل بالمخبز .
الاماكن الداخلية ومنطقة العجن وادوات العجن غير مهيئه ولا مناسبة وتعتبر بيئة للمكروبات .
الفرن غير مكشوف للزبائن
المنطقة الخلفية للمخبز احراش ومكان تكثر فيه الحشرات والفئران .
يجب على الامانه متابعة المخبز وتصحيح وضعة بصفة عاجلة .
