لكني أستغرب وجود بائعة واحدة فقط في كل المعرض والزحام حاصل ، وواحد آخر يقوم بتجهيز الطلبات الخارجية كما رد علينا ... !
طيب اذا أنتم لستم مستعدين لتأمين موظفين من اجل تلبية طلبات زبائنكم داخل المحل لماذا تفتحونه في عطلة العيد

Ok, if you are not ready to secure employees in order to meet the demands of your customers inside the store, why do you open it during the Eid holiday?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تقيمي للخدمة فقط...لكن نعمة مايحتاج نتكلم عن لذاذة منتجاتهم ... لكن الخدمة بصراحة مرة سيئة....رحت للفرع قبلها بيوم وحجزت ودفعت كامل المبلغ عشان يوفروا لي تشكيلة المعجنات اللي ابغاها...ولمن رحت ثاني يوم عشان استلم الطلبية اتفاجأت انه الاصناف اللي طلبتها ورحت قبلها بيوم وحجزت ودفعت عشانها للاسف ماحصلتها موجودة في الصحن....حطوا منها كمية جدا بسيييطة والباقي كله من الاصناف اللي ماابغاها.... ايضا يقفلوا المحل قبل الصلاة بعشرين دقيقة بالرغم من فضاوة المحل ولا فيه زبائن....اتمنى مراجعة الموضوع والتنبه له.
My evaluation is for the service only... But it is a blessing that we don't need to talk about the deliciousness of their products... But the service is frankly a bad time.... I went to the branch the day before and I booked and paid the full amount to provide me with the variety of pastries I wanted... and for those who went the second day to receive the order I was surprised that the items I ordered, and I went the day before and booked and paid for it, unfortunately, what I got is in the plate....they put a very small amount of them and the rest are all of the items they did not want.... They also close the shop twenty minutes before the prayer, despite the emptiness of the shop and no customers. ... I hope to review the topic and pay attention to it.
