★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مركز سكني الشامل ، مركز متكامل بمعنى الكلمه ، عباره عند دورين ، الدور الاول استقبال سكني ومكاتب للصندوق العقاري ومكاتب لجميع البنوك في السعوديه وشركات التأمين للمنازل ، ايضا في الجهه الاخرى من الدور الارضي يوجد مكاتب لجميع المطورين العقاريين وموظفين لكل شركه او مطور يشرح لك بالتفصيل عن المشروع والموقع والاسعار وكل سؤال في بالك ، بالنسبه للدور العلوي مكاتب لموظفين سكني لاقسام مختلفه ، قبل تزور مكاتب الشركات والمطورين اذهب للبنك اللي ترغب في الحصول على دعم سكني عن طريقه يعطيك فكره عامه عن الدعم وكم المبلغ اللي تقدر تحصل عليه وبامكانك تشوف كم بنك وتختار افضل نسبه من بينهم ، بعد ما تشوف القوه الشرائيه عندك والمناسبه اذهب لمكاتب المطورين في نفس الدور وخذ نظره وفكره من الكل واختار الشي اللي يناسبك ولا تستعجل واسال الله بان يرزق الجميع بالبيت اللي يتمناه .
