★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location wise it's the best near the airport maximum 5 minutes by walking, and there's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and vice versa, the staff are welcoming and professional espcially Mr HATTAN from the reception always attendive and ensuring that everything is perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best hotel near to airport. Literally 5 mint by walk from airport.
There is shuttle bus to Haram.
Or you can take bus from airport to haram. They offer airport pickup and drop.
Room service food is average. Breakfast is so amazing don’t miss that.
Rooms are quite big & neat & clean. Sleep Comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there as a crew. There is nothing in the crew lounge only bad coffee and tea. Breakfast is like 3 star hotel. There is no even majhool and good quality coffee. Last but not least, the hotel did not make me wake up call, which they have to do.

Ms. Haya exerted extraordinary effort to make things go smooth and she was very cooperative and she is one of the main reasons to choose this hotel again
The hotel is modern and clean. However the restaurant meals can be better to get my fifth star :)

- The Reception staff were professional. The location from the airport is very near. The breakfast was good.
- unfortunately they were some problems during my staying there because can’t turn off the lights it will keep working or it will be flashing. Also, staying there two night without making up the room where even I requested. One of the staff opened the door room suddenly and she said: she thought we moved out.
Really it my worst experience ever with hotels.
Hoping to to contact the hotel manger soon.

She is a fine ambassador for this hotel and company she went above and beyond to help me out and make sure i am comfortable. Overall great experience and i would love to be back again
