★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ما انصح احد يتعامل معاهم. اشتريت من عندهم ثوب اونلاين وصلني موسخ وفيه عيب مصنعي. صار لي شهر وانا اتواصل معاهم عشان ارجع الثوب ولاكن مافي اي متابعه من جهتهم ولين الحين جالس احوس معاهم.
 I would not advise anyone dealing with them. I bought a dress from them online, I got dirty and had a factory defect. I have a month and I am communicating with them to return the dress, but I do not have any follow-up on their part and for the time being, I am sitting with them.

وتخفيضاتهم كذب يحطلك تخفيض ع كم ثوب ماتسوي نص القيمه والباقي غالي جدا

And their discounts are a lie, and you will get a discount on how many dresses are half the value, and the rest is very expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتمنى محاسبة الموظفين او استبدالهم اسلوبهم زبالة لابعد حد وعبيط ويدور مشاكل كنك ماخذ حلال ابوه والاسعار غالية تقول له في عرض يقولك مافيه ويوم جينا بنحاسب يعطيك الكيس باليسار ويقول السستم عطلان بنحاسبك مانيوال اتمنى اغلاق المحل بالكامل زق على ابوه وعلى اللي جابه كمان يلعن ابو اشكالهم توبة اجي المحل مره ثانية عشان الزقان اللي فيه اللي ماتسوى الحمير

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سي جدا لا حد يتعامل معاهم اشتريت قطعة وحطولي قطعة تانية ولمن رجعتها مارضيوا ياخذونها العاملين في المحل خسارة يدسون السم في العسل
Very bad, no one deals with them. I bought a piece and got another piece, and for those who returned it, they were satisfied that the workers in the shop took it, they put poison in the honey

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الناس اللي بتشتغل في المحل عسل، لكن دفعت مبالغ طائلة عشان اريح نفسي وما عندي وقت لهجولة الخياطين. ٣ من أصل ٩ ثياب اشتريتها كان فيها خطأ مصنعي الطقطق خربان. رحنا نجرب ثياب ثانية في الفرع نفس المشكلة. الموضوع تطلب أكثر من زيارة للفرع وتواصل مع الادارة وإلى الان ما انحلت المشكلة. جودة الاقمشة كويسة ولكن جودة الادارة والخياطين ممكن تكون افضل بكثيير. اخر مرة اخذ ثياب من عندهم للاسف.
The people who work in the shop are honey, but I paid huge sums of money to comfort myself and I don't have time to roam the tailors. 3 out of the 9 clothes I bought had faulty patter manufacturers. We tried again in the branch, the same problem. The issue required more than one visit to the branch and communicated with the administration, and so far the problem has not been resolved. The quality of the fabrics is good, but the quality of the management and the tailors could be much better. The last time I took clothes from them unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place was fine, but the staff was highly unprofessional ignorant, gave more importance to their friends, I stood for hours until finally one of the staff came helping I honestly found the place over rated as I couldn’t find my size.
