Well, as it is written in Arabic,
1- This was my second visit to the coffee shop, and in both visits I was not satisfied as a customer and I believe that it does not worth what I spent in there due to the attitude by the cashier.
2- I brought with me a pure water that I find cleaner then the one you use because it is PURE MINERAL WATER, and I asked them to make the coffee with it and I understood from them that they agreed and then I find that they did not make it with, and when I asked the cashier answers in a silly attitude and tell you left for the look of the water. I mean I did not buy it to give to you to market for example. Every other coffee shop make the coffee using the water I provide. And he says well we are not able to heat it for you. Then why did not you simply say that when I was ordering. If I knew that they are not able to use the water I brought them then I would have ordered any milky drink.
3- You have so many people working and as a customer I need to go to grab my orders. That is not common for the still of yours. I mean it is not Dunkin Dounts.
4- lastly, as you can read above, I believe that the coffee shop deserves less than one star, because attitude maters, and I have worked myself in one of the largest companies for catering services globally in the marketing field and I understand how attitude maters for ratings.
I do not know the name of the cashier, I believe he is the Saudi one, and all of your staff seemed unprofessional I believe it is because they are new but the one Filipino that looked like a manager I can also point at.

There is a barista come manager he's name is Mr. Faisal he's a awesome teacher for new guy's who became a new barista
And the all ?? guy's are very friendly...
