★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمتهم جدا سئيه مريت المحمصه وخذيت بن ب ١٥ نص برزيلي ونص كلمبي تجربه وفي عميل يشتغل هناك كلمته قلت بن هات نص كلمبي و نص برزيلي كل واحد كيس ب ١٥ تجربه والعميل حط كلهم كيس واحد واندمج البن مع بعض ويوم قلتله عيد و حط كل واحد كيس لوحده فك الكيس وكت نصه في كيس ثاني ومشيتها ويوم يبي يطحنلي المفروض انه يعرف رقم طحنة الاسبريسو للآلات بس ما يعرف حاجه وقام يقلي كم اطحن لك وقلت اطحن رقم ٣ والمفروض ك عميل يعرف الطحنه الناعمه والخشنه ولاكن للاسف طلع الطحنه ناعمه مرره ومره مر والصراحه خدمت العملاء سيئه والحمدالله كان ب ١٥ ريال و ماكلفت فلوس واتمنا انهم يحسنون خدمت العملاء ويكون في خبره والصراحه مريت باجه وكان خدمت العملاء جدا ممتاز وفصلي في الطحنه وكيف هوو ناعم ولا خشن و اهنيهم الصراحه والبن حق باجه ارخص

عكس الرفاعي قعد يسأل على كم يطحنه وانا ما اعرف رقم الطحنه لاعتمادي على المطاحن الثانيه اقول اسبريسو حق مكينه وبس
المهم طلع الموظف ما يعرف شي مع انه اقل شي الواحد يعرفه في وظيفه زي كذا هو انواع القهوه و ل ايش والطحنه حسب النوعيه المطلوبه لانه ما يحتاج يعرف اي شي ثاني غير القهوه اي شي غير القهوه واضح
آخر ما توصل له انه يطحنها لي درجة ٤ ويعطيني بن برازيلي الكيلو ب ٧٤ ريال-اغلى من باجه- ريحته طعمه كل شي فيه كأنه قهوه تركي☺️☺️☺️!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! قلت اعطيه فرصه واحطه في المكينه
ما صبت المكينه بس نقاط والطعم زي ما قلت قهوه تركي لا يمت للاسبريسو بِصله
الحمدلله اني طلبت ب ٥ ريال بس ومستحيل باقي ارجع للرفاعي وفِي نفس اليوم مريت باجه اعجبني باجه تفصيله وعرضه وموظفينه وإطلاعهم وخدمتهم وقهوته جودتها اكثر
