كان يعرف ان المناسبة بعد يوم
ثاني يوم بالونات الهيليوم نزلت للارض
لما طلبنا تبديل وافق
رحنا للمحل قال التبديل مقابل فلوس يعني نشتري مرة ثانية و برر انه معروف الهيليوم مدته ١٢ ساعة بس
من الاول يعرف ان المناسبة بعد ٢٤ ساعه ليش ما علمنا ان الهيليوم ١٢ ساعة بس ؟
و ليش يوعدنا بالتبديل ثم يطلبنا فلوس لما رحنا له ؟
مب اول مرة محل يرفض يستبدل البضاعة
لكن اول مرة اشوف سوء معاملة من موظف و اشتكي لراعي المحل يطلع بنفس الأسلوب السيء و يحاول يطلعني كذاب
ما احاول اشوه صورة المحل و اخرب عليهم برزقهم بالعكس الله يرزقهم و يزيدهم
لكن اتمنى الموظف و صاحب المحل يقرأون التعليق هذا و تتحسن معاملتهم للزباين مستقبلا
Bad deal

Who is the first to know that the occasion is after 24 hours? Why did we not know that helium is only 12 hours?
Why does he promise us the exchange and then ask us for money when we went to him?
The first time the shop refuses to replace the goods
But the first time I see abuse from an employee and complain to the shop sponsor, he looks the same bad way and tries to tell me a liar
I do not try to distort the image of the store and ruin them with their livelihood. On the contrary, may God bless them and increase them
But I hope the employee and the shop owner read this comment and improve their treatment of customers in the future
