★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لديهم الفني ماجد، رشحه لنا أحد محلات اجهزة التكييف لتركيب مكيفات سبلت. كان عمله في تركيب السبلت جيد.
طلبناه مرة لتصليح مكيف فريون واخذه معه للمحل ورجعه وقال لا اعرف مشكلته بدون ما ياخذ رسوم على الخدمة.
بناء على تجربتنا معه طلبنا منه تنظيف مكيفات سبلت لمدرسة، وقال المكيف ب٨٠ ريال. ساومنا على السعر واتفقنا على ٥٠ ريال لكل مكيف. على أساس ان ينظف تنظيفا جيدا.
ولما وصل للموقع كل ما قام به هو غسل الفلاتر ونفخ الوجه بهواء! بزعم ان المكيفات جديدة ولا تحتاج غسيل.
أليس هذا غش !؟ اذا كانت لا تحتاج غسيل فلماذا لم تخفض السعر؟
التوصية:
عند طلب تنظيف مكيف سبلت اشترط عليهم غسيل داخلي وخارجي.
او استخدم تطبيق اجير.
They have a technician, Majed, who was recommended to us by an AC store to install split air conditioners. His job on splitting was good.
We asked him once to repair the Freon air conditioner, and he took it with him to the store and he brought it back and he said I do not know his problem without taking fees for the service.
Based on our experience with him, we asked him to clean split air conditioners for a school, and he said the air conditioner is 80 riyals. We negotiated the price and agreed on 50 riyals per air conditioner. On the basis that it cleans well.
When he got to the site, all he did was wash the filters and blow on the face with air! Claiming that the air conditioners are new and do not need washing.
Is this not cheating !? If it does not need washing, why not lower the price?
recommendation:
When requesting a split air conditioner cleaning, they must be washed both internally and externally.
