★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ركبت بطارية و ما اعطاني فاتورة و لا ضمان وبعد كم شهر ماتت البطارية و ما رضي يبدلها بعد ما كلمته قال لا انا مستحيل اعطي بدون فاتورة بس وزارة التجارة ان شاءالله تتفاهم معاه

Min Al Bahar: A very excellent location on the main public street. There are all batteries in the calm shop. Small and large car batteries are sold, and the prices are very reasonable, with disassembly and installation at the same time. Thank you.

لكن فجأة حصل خطأ ركبنا من عندهم بطارية هانكوك
ما مشت أصلا 6شهور وراجعنا للفاتورة عشان الضمان وما انتبهنا والا اسم البطارية غير
هل هو متعمّد أو غلطة من العامل
الشاهد في الموضوع دقينا للمؤسسة المسجّلة للفاتورة
شرحنا له وما خدمنا ويبرر ويقول الخطأ مو علينا
وتعامله زفت مع احترامي لا هو احترم العميل ولا هو صلح الخطأ لكن ان شاء الله وزارة التجارة تربّيه وقدمنا شكوى
