★ ★ ★ ★ ★ القهوة جيدة لكن الخدمة سيئة ، التعامل مع الزبائن غير مرضي وخدمات الشحن سيئة ، اتفقت مع البائع على الشحن مع التوصيل الى المنزل لمدينة جدة ب ٣٥ ريال لكني اتفاجأ بدفع رسوم اضافية اذا رغبت بالتوصيل لباب المنزل بزيادة ٣٠ ريال !!! عن طريق زاجل يعني المجموع ٦٥ ريال ، ولو انه عن طريق البريد السعودي الممتاز ٦٠ ريال ولعنوان المنزل وسمسا ٥٠ ريال شحن سريع لعنوان المنزل ، وطلبت مرة اخرى الشحن عن طريق شركات غير زاجل لكنه اصر على زاجل يعني ادفع سعر زيادة على الشحن وعلى تعامل سيء
The coffee is good but the service is bad, dealing with customers is not satisfactory and the shipping services are bad, I agreed with the seller on shipping with home delivery to Jeddah for 35 riyals, but I was surprised to pay an additional fee if I wanted to deliver to the door of the house with an increase of 30 riyals !!! Through Zajil, the total means 65 riyals, even if it is through the excellent Saudi Post 60 riyals and for the home address and SMS 50 riyals for fast shipping to the home address, and I again requested shipping through companies other than Zajil, but he insisted on Zajil, I mean, I pay an extra price for shipping and for bad dealing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا الصراحة اجي عندهم من مشوار بعيد عشان قهوتهم مرة ابداع ولي يمكن ثلاث سنوات اتعامل معهم صراحه محلهم ممتاز جداً
I frankly come to them from a long way because their coffee once is creativity, but I can deal with them for three years, frankly, their shop is very excellent
