★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ابصراحه شهادتي فيهم مجروحه احب تصاميمهم ودايم اشتري من عندهم لكن للاسف عندي تجربه سيئه اني شريت خاتم وكل اسبوعين يطيح منه فص الماس وارجعه له يسون له صيانه وبعدها باسبوعين يرجع يطيح من مكان ثاني وارجع لهم ويسون له صيانه بعد ثالث مره الحين الخاتم عندهم له اكثر من ثلاث اسابيع قالوا بيسون لي واحد جديد والي الان مافي احد تواصل معي اتواصل معهم مايردون للاسف.
Frankly, my testimony about them is wounded, I love their designs and I always buy from them, but unfortunately I have a bad experience that I buy a ring and every two weeks the diamond is removed from it and I return it to him for maintenance, and then two weeks later he comes back to another place and I return to them and they repair it after the third time. Now the ring has more than Three weeks ago, they said, I have a new one, and now no one has contacted me. I will communicate with them, unfortunately.
