اولا/ اللي سوو معي المقابله يفتقدون الكثير من المهارة والخبرة بالتوظيف
ثانيا/ انا ولله الحمد مكمل لجميع شروط الوظيفة ولكن اللي حسيته ان فيه جشع من القائمين بالمقابله وحسيت انهم مايبون يفهمون الا على مزاجهم
ثالثا/ حمدت الله وشكرته ان الوضع انتهى كذا وهذا يعطيني طابع سلبي من البدايه عن الشركة
وبالنهاية اتمنى من القائمين بعمليه التوظيف التطوير من انفسهم وان يتم التركيز على نقاط معينه تخص الوظيفة وفهم المتحدث
I am sweet, interviewed, unfortunately, not useful
Firstly / who is so with me, the interviewer lacks a lot of skill and experience in employment
Second / I, praise be to God, is a complement to all the conditions of the job, but what I felt was that there was greed from the interviewers and I felt that they did not understand anything but their mood
Third / I thanked God and thanked him that the situation ended like this and this gives me a negative character from the beginning about the company
Finally, I wish the hiring processers to develop from themselves and focus on specific points related to the job and the understanding of the speaker
