★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تذاكر الحكومة يقولون عن طريق اتصال، تواصلت معهم وكلهم يحول الى الثاني وفي نهاية المطاف يقول لك اعطيني رقمك اتواصل معك. خلاص هذا وضيعة! ما احد يتصل ابدا. بعدين اغلب اللي في خدمة العملاء سوء أدب.
Government tickets they say through a call, I contacted them and all of them are transferred to the second and in the end he tells you give me your number to contact you. This is awful! Nobody ever calls. After all, most of those in customer service are bad manners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لو في اقل من نجمة كنت اعطيهم خدمة التذاكر الحكومية مستحيل يردوا على الاتصال ولما تروح المكتب يقولوا لك التواصل عشان التذاكر الحكومية فقظ عبر النت ومايردوا .. في مندوبة عملاء اسمها انجي وانا اتكلم معاها وبعد صبر ساعة عشان يردوا اتكلمت معي شوية وفجأة سكرت عليا الخط ومااعادت الاتصال رغم انهم يأخذوا الرقم عشان لو صار كدة يعيدوا الاتصال بالعميل ومااتصلت مااقولوا الا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل خدمة سيئة جدا ..

There is a customer representative named Angie and I talk to her, and after an hour’s patience for them to respond, I spoke to me for a while and suddenly I got drunk on the line and she didn’t come back. The call, even though they took the number, because if that happened, they would call the customer back and I didn’t call, they would only say God suffices me, and yes, the agent is a very bad service..
