صح في دكاتره كويسين بس المكان لازم يكون ملائم لاستقبال المرضى
ولازم يكون مكان في كراسي انتظار
ولازم يكون في سستم بالمواعيد
وتوزيع الارقام والدخول للدكتوره بشكل عشوائي مافي اي جوده ولا انتاجيه لا للدكتور ولا المريض
تنظيم اوقات المراجعات من اساسيات الجوده
