★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا جيت عند الدكتور خالد الاحمري لعيادة الدوخه والاذن الدكتور ممتاز جدا جدا ومحترم جدا وفهمان لاكن للاسف الاسعار مبالغ فيها جدا ١٢٠٠ ريال فقط للجهاز والجلسه الي بعدها ب ١٢٠٠ فقط شرح وعلاج رياضي فقط يعني ماهو جهاز علشان نقول يمكن الجهاز غالي نمشيها لهم ؟! لاكن فعلن الاسعار مبالغ فيها نتمنى يشوفون حل لهذي المشكله والمشكله الجلسه الي بعدها برضو ب ١٢٠٠ ريال ? ليه

Unfortunately, the prices are very exaggerated, 1200 riyals only for the device, and the next session for 1200 only. A mathematical explanation and treatment only. But the prices are exaggerated. We hope they find a solution to this problem, and the problem is the next session for 1200 riyals, why?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طبعاً انا تجربتي رائعه عموماً مع المجمع سواءً في ابها او خميس مشيط مشكلتي مع بعض الموظفات الغير متعاونات وذا الشي اذا بذكره هنا فهو للتنويه ولتفادي ذي التصرفات اللي ما تليق بالمكان في وقت عروض التأسيس كان فيه عرض مره عاجبني وحابته ولا تيسرت لي الظروف اروح للفرع واقطع فاتوره وراسلت خدمة العملاء ع الواتس اب وللاسف ما فادوني نهائياً والعرض. بينتهي وكنت مسافره وقتها حاولت معهم احول او اي طريقه عشان احجز العرض ولا فادوني وبالصدفه شفت بالسناب انه الحمدلله العرض تمدد واقدر احجز بالتحويل ورجعت وراسلتهم ونفس الشي ما فادوني و راسلت فاطمه عسيري المسؤوله عن السناب و والله العظيم انها فادتني وحلت لي موضوعي وكأني اختها وانا والله العظيم ما تربطني فيها صله لا من بعيد ولا من قريب واني ذكرتها لانها فعلاً تستحق الشكر فأنا استغرب من اللي يردون على الواتساب يا اختي اذا بإمكانك تيسرين على الناس ليش تسوين العكس!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحة انه شي يقهر تدق لهم مشوارين بدون اي دكتور يستقبلك رابع يوم العيد الدكتوره تقول لموظفة الاستقبال انا بمشي لاتستقبلين حد ويمكنكم مراجعة الكاميرات واليوم الاربعاء رحت قالو الدكتوره انجي ماتستقبل رجال طيب هل مشكلتي اني رجل يعني ولا كيف !؟ ع كل حال ماعطيت نجمه الا بعد تجربتين وكلها فاشله اذا الدكتوره تفرض قوانينها في ع المجمع من تستقبل ومتى تستقبل فالله المستعان ، والموظفه تقول فيه مستشفيات كثير فيها رجال رح شف ،،

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة قسم الاسنان عند الدكتورة شعاع ماحبيت خدمتهم ابداً اجل خدمتي خلصتها باقل من عشر دقايق مايعقل هالشيء ابد ولا عشانه عرض مقدم على هالخدمة صار اي كلام ؟؟؟؟؟
وين الجودة ورضى العميل انا سويت هالخدمة قي اكثر من مستشفى ثاني فررررررق مرة لا بالسعر ولا احترافية طبيب الاسنان
جيت مرة ولا افكر اعيد الزيارة ابد مع ان كان ودي اروح للدكتورة ابتسام القحطاني بس باروح لعيادتها الثانية هالمجمع اخذت منه انطباع سيء ،
علماً تواصلت مع ادارة المجمع وطلبت يشوفني طبيب ثاني ويقيم الخدمة وابد ابشر ولا يصير خاطرك الا طيب وبالاخير باكمل شهر محد دق ولا تواصل معي
مو قد المدح هالمجمع اببداً فيه مجمعات ومستشفيات افضل بكثيييير سعر وجودة واحترافية .
To be frank, Dr. Shuaa’s dental department has never liked their service. My service completed it in less than ten minutes. This thing never makes sense, or because it was an offer for this service. So, there was no talk?????
Where is the quality and customer satisfaction? I have done this service in more than a second hospital, but once, not for the price or the professionalism of the dentist.
I came once and I do not think to re-visit at all, although I would like to go to Dr. Ibtisam Al-Qahtani, but I go to her second clinic in this complex, and I got a bad impression from him.
Note that I contacted the administration of the complex and asked to see me a second doctor and evaluate the service, and I begin to rejoice, and your mind will not become anything but good, and in the end, I will complete a month, a specific ring and do not contact me
Never praise this complex, as there are better complexes and hospitals with much better price, quality and professionalism.

جربت عيادة النساء والولادة ؛ الدكتورة ياسمين ؛ جداً ممتازه وفاهمه وواعيه ؛ جربت الليزر ؛ الدكتوره صافي و الممرضه فرانسيس حلوين و رائعين بالتعامل و بالنات على الاسقبال جداً خلوقات و تعامل سريع ومنظم ؛ والنظافة في المبنى خيالية ومريحه ؛ وبعد ما خلصت ليزر اعطوني ضيافه؟ ارقى مجمع قد مر علي مقارنة في اكثر من مدينة ويستاهل ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Experienced Obstetrics & Gynecology Clinic; Dr. Yasmine; Very excellent, understanding and conscientious; have experimented with lasers; Dr. Safi and Nurse Frances are nice and wonderful to deal with. The reception is very good and quick and orderly. The cleanliness of the building is imaginative and comfortable; And after I finished laser, they gave me a guest? The finest complex I have been through compared to more than one city and deserves ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
