الناس ويعطون خدمات ماهي بمعالجة مافي دكتورة أو اخصائية نظامية لا دبلوم ولا مهنتها صحيحة كلهم تسويق.وين ماراحوا يخربو الدنيا ما انصحكم بالتعامل معاهم إسألو عنهم الاول .......حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المعاملة سيئة ونصابين تتفق معاهم على شي وتدفع وبعدين ينكرو الاتفاق ويرجعو ياخذو فلوس ويحطوك بالامر الواقع انا نصبو علي بالاسنان اتفقت معهم على مبلغ ودفعته كامل وبعدين يوم بلشت قالو هذا مايشمل ولازم ارجع ادفع. من الاخر ادارة نصابه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للامانه المعاملة ممتازة من حيث الاستقبال ودكتور الاسنان والعاملين فى المكان ، يؤسفنى انى غير راض على خدمة تنظيف وتلميع الاسنان وازالة الجير .
To be honest, the treatment is excellent in terms of reception, the dentist and the workers in the place. I regret that I am not satisfied with the service of cleaning and polishing teeth and removing tartar.

مستحيل يردون على ولا رقم.
الواتس اب اسالها عن شي وتختفي ٦ ساعات وبعد ماارجع اسالها تقول معليش عندي ضغط.
لا يأكدون عالموعد قبلها بيوم، احرقوني ولما رحت ابلغ الاخصائيه بكل بساطه تقولي روحي اشتري ميبو !
المغسله اجي وفيها شعر ولا يعطونك بطانيه بحجه كورونا!!!
استنى جلساتي تخلص ولا عاد برجع لهم.

The worst clinic I had ever seen.
Bad customer service they don’t respond fast, i kept texting them to remember again and again .
No one calling me before appointment to confirm or not .
I get burned and the doctor said easily go to pharmacy and buy cream !
So disappointed I would never return to this center even if they offered me a free monthly service .

I go there and wait for 1 hour for the doctor even i took appointment
The receptionist were playing in there phones if customer come they don’t know how to talk they don’t know english

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say but this rand center has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, the hydra-facial offer was a joke, it was canceled for three clients for no reason !! The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this center with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst appointment I've ever scheduled.
The staff are absent , no one is around !
Plus it’s really an awful atmosphere because derma and dental are mixed in the same area. I would never return to this center even if they offered me a free monthly service .They are desperate for customers and I see why.
