★ ★ ★ ★ ★ front staff is excellent and doctor's are very nice...but your supervioser is not likely...i saw he feel he is all in all.i go to hospital .a miner problem front sttaf sent me supervioser for further information...but supervioser i not give me information and his behavor is very bad....ok you not give me information but your behavour is count your persnality....and your hospital...he is very bad performence....my chiled is ill but your supervioser not help me..atlest i go to Abeer int...not this first time.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This health center is very amazing to me iwent there 1moth back due to stomach pain into emergency where yemeni dr called ibrahim hussen he examined me well and requested ultrasond .. unfortunately he noticed a stone in my gallbladder then adv me to go hospital for surgery opinion .alhamdulillah i did surgery by scope and iam now free of pain for 2 months thank you dr ibrahim

Gynocalogist is very rude and not treated well her patients.
Dr.Haroon orthopedics is one of best doc and very polite and soft hearted..
Ent (Egyptian ) very nice and well behaved and he knows how to give respect his patients..
Overall good hospital with some good doctors , this review is for opposite Nour Mall Branch...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist was very rude. The helpline wouldn’t pick up so we especially had to go to ask if a certain doctor was available. When we complained that no one is picking up, we would like to confirm if the doctor is available before coming next time. The receptionist answered so rudely I can’t even explain. No help no cooperation. I mean we pay for our treatment here at least speak a few kind words. When I said the nurse is saying the gynacoligist will come at nine and your saying no doctors today, he said very rudely, well if the nurse is saying it fine then why don’t you come. Maybe I had a bad experience. It was a day before eid. Pakistani receptionist
The nurse who put the drip on me was nice though..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely uninformed and rude staff. Will keep patients waiting even in emergency. If you'll request anything they may argue and abuse you. Had an extremely bitter experience. No one looked after the patient in the Emergency, despite making all the payments on time. After a long wait, when we decided to go to other hospital, our receipts were taken from us and not returned back, leaving us no proof of any kind. As pilgrims to Medina in a short trip we had no option other than leaving.
