★ ★ ★ ★ ★ هو مجمع جديد يتخصص ببيع وتركيب كفرات السيارات بانواعها ولكن الى الان لم يتم الاعلان عن موعد الافتتاح ولكن بدا التاجير موقعه قريب جدا من موقع الغرابي المعروف الذي بين الملز والبطحا اما مجمع واجهة الغرابي فهو بالقرب من المعهد الملكي ووكالة المتسوبيشي. الموقع جميل بعيد عن الازدحام المروري وسهل جدا الوصول منه الى المنطقة الصناعية بالملز
