★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا زرت المجمع انا ووالدتي وكان تعامل موظفات الاستقبال جيد وتم زيارة الطبيب الاخصائي ثم تم تحويلنا الى الاستشاري وطلعنا والحمدلله بفائدة كبيرة جدا والمجمع راقي جدا اشكرهم على حسن التعامل والاستقبال

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمه ادنى من المتوقع.. بسبب سوء التنظيم والإدارة رحلة المريض تستهلك وقت طويل لا انصح بالمركز ابداً طاقم تمريض عيادة الدكتور عبدالرحمن سيئ جداً
The service is less than expected.. due to poor organization and management, the patient’s journey consumes a long time. I do not recommend the center at all. The nursing staff of Dr. Abdul Rahman’s clinic is very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفات الاستقبال رائعات ، ولكن عيادة الدكتور عبدالرحمن الصادق للعيون وممرضته ليس لديهم اهتمام بالمريض مطلقًا وليس لديهم أي احترام للمهنية الطبية ، حيث أنهم تركوا المريض في الخارج ينتظر وهم يتبادلون الحديث حتى قام المريض وطلبهم الدخول للكشف فقامت الممرضة بإخبار الدكتور أن عندك مريض يريد الكشف ! …
بعد أربعة أشهر عن موعد ابنتي الاول عند الدكتور عبدالرحمن عبدالصادق رجعنا للمركز على أمل أن يكون قد تحسن الاداء والجودة لكن للأسف لم ندخل على الدكتور إلا بعد ساعتين وأكثر والأعذار غير منطقية ثانياً الأستاذ المدير التنفيذي دخل علينا العيادة أثناء كشف الدكتور على ابنتي بدون أذن وبدون احترام لخصوصية المريض ، فعلاً من أمِن العقوبة أساء الأدب ، وأثناء خروجي قابلت مالك المستشفى الدكتور سعد الموسى ووضحت له كل شي وكان حريصاً على استماع الملاحظات ثم قدم اعتذاره وقال لي (امسحها بوجهي ) … رسالة للدكتور سعد من ذكرناهم لم يخسروا ريالاً واحداً في صرحك الطبي بالعكس هم يأخذون ، فاحرص على نجاح ما خسرت لأجله ، شكراً لك لاستماعك وشكراً لاعتذارك .
