يوجد ممرضتين لعمل جلسات الليزر وحدة اسمها روز ممتازة والثانية ما اعرف ايش اسمها سيئة جدا واحرقتني
وما اشتكيت
غيرو موعدي مرة مع انهم عندما اتصلت الموظفة لتسألني اذا ممكن اغير الموعد ورفضت ولما جيتهم قالولي غيرنا الموعد واضطريت اخذ موعد ثاني وبرضه ما اشتكيت
اتصلت لأخذ موعد قالولي ما نقدر ناخذلك موعد لأن موظفات الليزر فوق خلص دوامهم مع ان الساعة كانت تسعة وكان يوم خميس وقالوا ليوم السبت لتقدري تاخدي موعد اتصلت السبت قالوا المواعيد حاليا عالواتس فقط قلنا ماشي ارسلتلهم عالواتس يومين وما انحجز الموعد اتصلت فيهم قلت ابي اشتكي قالت لي الموظفة تحت معليش انا اكلمهم وبخليهم يحجزون لك وكلمتهم وحجزت واخيرا بعد كم ساعة ورحت الموعد جيت ابي احجز موعد وانا عندهم قال مافي مواعيد اجباري الحجز عالواتس قلتلها الله يسلمك ما ابي واتس ابي الحين احجز اسرع قالت لأ إجباري عالواتس ماعاد في حجز إلا عالواتس قلت ماشي نزلت الإدارة وقلت ابي احجز موعد مو معقول كم يوم حتى احجز عالواتس ونزلت الموظفة وما قدر المدير يخليها تحجز وطالبت باسترجاع الفلوس رفض وقال خلاص نحجزلك واتس وأرسلت للموظفة وحجزت بعد 45 دقيقة واخيرا وللأمانة ما قدرت اكمل معهم على التعامل هذا
قدمت شكوى للصحة مشكورين وتم استرجاع مبلغ اخر جلسة وكان التعامل عند استلام المبلغ بقمة الاستخفاف وكأنهم بيدفعون لي من جيبهم ولا كأني استرجع حقي فقط بعد حرق الأعصاب لديهم
حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل بهذا التعامل
يلزمهم تأهيل وتدريب على كيفية التعامل مع العميل بشكل احترافي
لذلك لا انصح به نهائيا

I called to make an appointment, they told me we can't make an appointment because the laser employees are above their work hours, even though the hour was nine and it was Thursday. They said Saturday, so you can make an appointment. I called Saturday. They said the appointments are now on WhatsApp. The employee is under Maalesh. I talk to them and let them book for you and call them. Finally, after how many hours and I went to the appointment, my father came to book an appointment and I have them. He said there are no mandatory appointments. Booking on WhatsApp. I told her, God will deliver you. The administration and I said, “My father, book an appointment. It is not reasonable, how many days until I book the WhatsApp, and the employee came down, and the manager could not let her book and demanded to return the money.” He refused and said, “OK, we book you WhatsApp.”
I submitted a complaint to the health, thankfully, and the amount of the last session was recovered, and the treatment upon receiving the amount was the utmost disregard, as if they were paying me from their pocket, and not as if I regained my right only after burning their nerves
Suffice God and yes agent in this deal
They need qualification and training on how to deal with the customer professionally
So I don't recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ افشل مركز اسنان تعاملت معه انصح الجميع بعدم التعامل معه لسوء الموظفين فيه + يلزمونك باشاعات مو مهمه ع شان ينهبون فلوسك فقط +
The worst dental center I dealt with, I advise everyone not to deal with it due to the bad staff in it + they oblige you to spread rumors, it is not important for them to loot your money only +

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء بنات استقبال مرو علي والله العظيم ( اكثر من مره احاول اتواصل معهم ابي المدير ) ترفع صوتها وتهاوش وترفض تحولني / والمديره الطبيه اللي اسمها سناء ؟؟ تعاملها سيء سيء سيء ورفضت تحولني للمدير نفس الشي
ارجو من الاداره فتح باب تواصل معهم على شان يعرفون وش اللي قاعد يصير من وراهم وخاصة بنات الاستقبال غير ريحة الاكل اللي ٢٤ ساعه موجوده عندهن واخر همهم الرد على المريض ????
