Esmeralda Town Center will be the activity hub for several new residential neighborhoods, providing recreation, religious, educational, and retail facilities. Schools and a retail mall are located adjacent to the KTGY project site. Included in the KTGY scope are a large Golf Clubhouse, a private VIP Club, restaurants and shops, a Women’s Spa and Health Club, a Community Center, Golf Academy, and a Friday Mosque. In accordance with cultural requirements, this facility is well screened from the outside. The facility is constructed around a courtyard that provides private outside areas. The Community Center includes Day-Care and children’s play area, children’s pool and water slide, 25 meter pool, locker rooms, basket ball court, health club with racquetball courts, snack/juice bar, and indoor running track.
