★ ★ ★ ★ ★ له سيئات وحسنات ازعاج تريلات واليات النقل الثقيل لقرب المستودعات والمصانع والعمالهه ازعاج ٢٤ ساعه ناموس من تجمع المياة الي فالسد اما بالنسبه لشقق جيده نوعا ما والمواقف ممتازه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسعارك جدا مرتفعه ركز انه حي غير مرغوب مااحد يجي الا الي يبغا يدور رخيص الي يبغا شقه غاليه بيروح احياء فيها نشاط وموقعها افضل من موقعك . حط اسعار معقوله ثانيا الشقق عاديه وصغيره ماهي واسعه
Your prices are very high. Concentrate that it is an unwanted neighborhood. Nobody comes except for someone who is looking for a cheap spin. I want an expensive apartment in which there is activity, and its location is better than your site. Secondly, the prices are reasonable, the apartments are normal, small, and spacious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكن هادئ اكثر ماحبيت الحرص على النظافه داخل المجمع وخارجه باطلاله جميله ومسطحات خضراء ويوجد بجانبه ممشى النخيل الكبير اتمنى يتوفر مسجد اقرب
Quiet housing, I liked the care of cleanliness inside and outside the complex, with beautiful views and green areas, and next to it there is the big palm walkway. I hope there is a mosque closer
