very very very bad
The reception for more than half an hour did not exist and the waiting for more than 12 people... The picture speaks... and there is still no trace or news like that to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this place twice to do examinations for government related services (issuing Iqama and driver's license) both times were bad experiences in terms of quality and speed of service. Service is slow and administration are not helpful.
