★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اليوم رحت المشفى كانت اسواء معاملة بزات استقبال ماعندة سالفة كأني البشر عندة حشرات تمسك بطايق بمنديل طيب اذا خايفة من شي اسمو مرض لبسي كفوف بيدك وبعدين دخلت دكتورة اطفال ولله كاني داخل مسلخ تقول لي ابني حضربك تمسكو وتشدو وكأني بيدة حيوان بل مختصر ياريت مارحت ولا دفعت ٨١ ريال
بس معوض خير نشاللة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا انكسر احد ضروسي ووصلت المستشفى وكان التعامل جداً راقي من موظفة استقبال الاسنان وكنت ابي الدكتور السوري لانهم يمدحونه ودخلت عند دكتوره مدري اسمها ( مشاعل او بشاير ) وما ندمت أبداً صراحة سوت لي جراحة بسيطة وكانت محترفه جداً نفس الجراحه هذي سويته قبل التقويم وكانت متعبه لي لكن مع الدكتورة ما تعبت ابداً ، فأنصح الكل بها مميزة جداً جداً ودقيقه جداً في عملها.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف لا زالوا بنفس السوء ولم يتم التطوير
قسم التأمين ما أدري هل تم تدريبهم على طريقة رفع الموافقات للتأمين أو ما يبغون يشتغلون
رايح جاي للمستوصف علشان رفع العلاج لصيدلية خارجية وفي الأخير اشتريت العلاج خارج التأمين لسوء التعامل وعدم الرفع بطريقة صحيحة
لو فيه أقل من نجمة أعطيتهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه جاءت عندهم دكتور الاسنان ولكن للاسف مافيها ترتيب في السراء من العصر مادخلت الا على اذن المغرب وبعده دخلت عليه وللاسف اعطني ابره بنج وبعد ه قال بعد المغرب ارجع لي وسدد الفاتوره علما ان رسوم الكشف 70 ريال وسعر الخلع اربع مائه ريال تقريبا عند دكتور الظاهر اسمه عماد وكذلك مافي احترام الدور

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مستوصف النميص حي الموظفين فيه الدكتور احمد حلمي مصري طبيب عام للاسف حتى لقب دكتور مايناسبه اخلاقه وتعامله سيئه زيه غير متمكن فيه شغله يسال وباستهتار يقول طيب وش اسويلكم وش تبغون اصرفلكم؟ طيب انا جيتك تسالني وش ابغى لا انصح بالتعامل معه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف كلمت فرعهم في خميس مشيط ردت الاستقبال كأنها كانت راقدة وكأنها ترد على تلفون صالتهم ..اسألها عن خدمة اللولب قالت مافيه عندنا قسم نساء وولادة...اتصلت على هذا الفرع حق الموظفين ردت البنت ماتعرف سعر اللولب عالتركيب لوحده او شامل الكشفية والاشعة ثم قالت اسألي الدكتورة وحولتني عالطبيبة!!!!! ايش عدم الاحترافية والعشوائية هذي

She said we do not have a gynecology and obstetrics department... I called this branch, the right of the staff. Ask the doctor and she turned me into a doctor!!!!! What is this unprofessionalism and randomness?
