يحتاج الى نظافة .
الشوارع غير نظامية .
تحتاج مطعم وبوفيهات نظيفة .
لايوجد مسجد في المجمع.
تفاوت في سعر قطع الغيار بين محل ومحل آخر.
لانوجد لوحة ارشادية القادم من طريق الملك عبدالله وااشوارع الأخرى.
Not distributing the workshops according to specialization with some.
It needs cleaning.
The streets are irregular.
You need a clean restaurant and buffets.
There is no mosque in the complex.
Variation in the price of spare parts from one store to another.

1- يحتوي علي العديد من الورش ومحلات قطع الغيار الجديد والمستعمل
2-يوجد فيه قطع غيار وبعض ورش الحداده والنجاره والالمنيوم و ورش لإصلاح الرادياتير
3-ممتاز لسمكرة ورش السيارات بجميع انواعها.
4-يشمل جميع الورش
------الاشياء الغير جيده في المجمع -----
1-و يعيب هذا المجمع عدم وجود مواقف سيارات كافيه للزبائن
2- اسعار الميكانيكي والبوية اسعارهم مرتفعة قليلا
3-غير مرتب
4- لا يود فيه حمامات اكرمكم الله

1-تحتاج مطعم وبوفيهات نظيفة
2-تنظيم الشوارع
3-المجمع يحتاج الى نظافة .
4-لايوجد مسجد في المجمع.
