ولا فيه احترام للمريض او اهل المريض
والامر والادهى نظام المواعيد ما يفتح غير الساعه ٤
اي نظام عقيم هذا لا يزال واحنا في ٢٠٢٢ يقول لك الموعد ما يفتح غير ٤ عشان احجز لك حجز جديد

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ياريت صاحب المستوصف يشوف التعليقات لأن المكان عبارة عن محل جزارة الاسعار نار والمكان تعبان والأطباء كل همهم يمصو دم المريض والشاطر الي يمص اكثر للأسف تجربة لن تتكرر كانت من اسوأ التجارب خسارة فلوس وبدون فايدة
I wish the owner of the dispensary would see the comments because the place is a butcher’s shop, the prices are fire and the place is tired and the doctors are all concerned with sucking the blood of the patient and the one who sucks more, unfortunately, an experience that will not be repeated. It was one of the worst experiences, losing money and without benefit.

Otolaryngologist Ahmed Salah is one of the best doctors in the Gharbia. This is my testimony in him and I have experienced how many doctors in Jeddah and in the north. This is the doctor who God put my healing on his hand. I wish healing for every patient and God wrote us and reward you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اجمل مجمع ف ينبع افضل استقبال وعندهم استشارية اطفال مصريه اسمها د. شيماء صبحي ممتازه جدا شخصت بنتي بمرض السكري بعد ما ذهبت لمستشفيات ينبع كل.. ماشاءالله عليها وجهها كله خير
The most beautiful complex in Yanbu, the best reception, and they have an Egyptian children's consultant named Dr. Shaima Sobhi is very excellent. My daughter was diagnosed with diabetes after she went to Yanbu hospitals.. God bless her. Her face is all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حجزت موعد عند دكتوره ناديه صادق وذهبت لاداء الصلاه لاتفاجأ من الممرضه ان حجزي اتغلى وسوف انتظر لاخر رقم وتقولي هذا النظام هنا!!!!
هذا فوضى وتلاعب بحجوزرات المرضى
اتمنى من ادارة المستوصف وضع حد لتمادي بعض الممرضات بدون حق
I booked an appointment with Dr. Nadia Sadiq and went to perform the prayer. I was not surprised by the nurse that my reservation was boiling and I will wait for the last number and say this system here!!!!
This is chaos and manipulation of patient reservations
I hope the dispensary administration will put an end to the unjustified persistence of some nurses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تم رفع شكوى إلى وزارة الصحة بخصوص التسيب وعدم المبالاة من طاقم الاستقبال بشأن الرد على اتصلات المراجعين. وايضا اجبار المتصل على اختيار الرقم صفر للمساعدة وعدم ذكر ارقام التحويلات المهمة مثل قسم الطوارئ ، المختبر و الاشعة. وبالاساس لا يتم الرد بتاتا عند الضغط على صفر مهما ضيعت من وقتك الثمين.
نحن كمرضى مراجعين لا نود ان نؤثر على رزق احد من طاقم استقبال وغيره ولكن جزء من عملكم الرد على المرضى. والله لو اتصل على بقالة يتم الرد فكيف اتصل على مجمع طبي ولا يتم الرد بتاتا ؟ اصلحكم الله
A complaint was submitted to the Ministry of Health regarding the laxity and indifference of the reception staff regarding responding to the calls of the auditors. And also forcing the caller to choose the number zero for help and not to mention the numbers of important transfers such as the emergency department, laboratory and radiology. Basically, there is no response at all when you press zero, no matter how much of your precious time is wasted.
As patients, we do not want to affect the livelihood of one of the reception staff and others, but part of your work is to respond to patients. By God, if I call a grocery store, it will be answered, how can I call a medical complex and there will be no response at all? God bless you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المستوصف ممتاز خدمة ممتازة بس الأسعار تعتبر عالية شويا أيضا يحتاج إلى تطوير خدمات مثل المواعيد الإتصال على المرضى إرسال التقارير والنتائج الطبية إلى جوال المريض
