★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أفضل مكان لعمل فحص الكورونا قبل السفر. اتصلت قبل المجيء، الموظفة التي أجابت الهاتف قامت بالإجابة على كل أسئلتي بلطف واحترام ودون استعجال. عندما وصلت موظفة الاستقبال قامت بإنهاء أوراقي بسرعة ودقة، وذهبت بعدها مباشرة لأخذ المسحة (لم يكن هناك انتظار يذكر). الممرضة التي قامت بأخذ المسحة قامت بذلك باحتراف وخبرة. استلمت النتائج على جوالي بعد ساعات قليلة وفي فترة اسرع مما توقعت. انا راض جدا وسعيد بالخدمة التي تلقيتها وأنصح الجميع باستخدام هذا المجمع لعمل فحص كورونا ما قبل السفر. لي تجربة أخرى مع مجمع طبي ومختبر آخر في فحص ما قبل السفر وهناك فرق شاسع جدا بين المكانين.
 The best place to do a corona test before traveling. I called before coming, the employee who answered the phone answered all my questions with kindness, respect and no rush. When the receptionist arrived, she finished my papers quickly and accurately, and went right after to take the swab (there was little to wait). The nurse who took the swab did so with professionalism and experience. I received the results on my mobile within a few hours and in a much faster period than I expected. I am very satisfied and happy with the service I have received and I advise everyone to use this complex to do a pre-travel corona test. I have another experience with a medical complex and another laboratory in the pre-travel examination and there is a very wide difference between the two places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موظفات الاستقبال تعاملهم جدا سيء و ادارتهم فاشلة وحتى الهندي اللي يسأل عن توكلنا ما فيه اسلوب
بلله فيه مستوصف تعطيهم فلوس يقولون ما عندنا صرف روح انت دبر نفسك جيب صرف ؟ مع العلم ان المبلغ اللي اعطيناهم صغير و رد موظفة الاستقبال يوم قلنا المفروض توفرون صرف
عادي حرية شخصية ما يبون يوفرون صرف فلوس ? حرية شخصية !! هذا رد بلله ؟؟ صبغة شعر صارت موب صرف نقدي في منشأة صحية
لا تعامل لا مكان لا اسلوب لا لباقة لا خدمة ?
