★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان مرتب الاستقبال رائعين ومتعاونين، لكن مشكلتهم يخلونك تدفعين كشفيه ٥٠ غير سعر الخدمه وما نبهوني عليه قبل احجز.لكن يستاهل شغل الدكتوره كويس وبشوشه في التعامل.
والليزر عندهم يفوز صراحة ع مستوى شقراء شي نظيف زي كذا
 The place is tidy, the reception is wonderful and helpful, but their problem is that you have to pay a check in 50 other than the service price and they did not alert me about it before I book.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حتى نجمه كثير عليكم! ماقدرت اجي للموعد اللي حجزته وطلبت منهم اني استرجع المبلغ لان ماقدر اجي! قالو تم رفع طلبك وبنتواصل معك وجلست ٣ اسابيع انتظر يحولونها وطول هالاسابيع ارسل لهم ويفتحون كلامي ومايردون! لما شفتهم يماطلوني صرت ارسلت لهم ابي فلوسي !! وكان ردهم : تعالي استلميها من الفرع هذي سياسة الترجيع؟؟ طيب ليش ماقلتو من البدايه اذا فعلا هذي سياسة الترجيع ! وبعدين لو اقدر اجي للفرع كان جيت موعدي بالأول !! وغير كذا انا حولت الفلوس تحويل بنكي المفروض تنرد لي بنفس الطريقه! تعاملت مع عيادات محترمه وبروفشنال كثيره بس مثل هالعياده وحركاتهم الغريبه ماشفت!! ماقول الا الله لا يبارك لكم وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

When I saw them delaying me, I sent them my father's money!! Their response was: Come, pick it up from the branch. Is this the return policy?? Ok, why didn't you say from the beginning if this is really a return policy! Then, if I could come to the branch, I would have made my appointment first!! Other than that, I transferred the money to a bank transfer, which is supposed to be returned to me in the same way! I dealt with many respectable and professional clinics, but like this clinic and their strange movements, I have not seen!! I only say God does not bless you, and God is sufficient for me, and He is the best agent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيد لكن أزعجني منهم ان عند التزام المراجع بالوقت فإن الطبيب لا يلتزم بالوقت ولا يتم الاعتذار للمراجع عن التأخير

ولأني جيتهم أكثر من مرة
تعامل سيء، استقبال غثيث جدا وغير متعاون ولا فيه اسلوب نرسل على الجوال ما يردون الا بعد يومين ويحتاجون تدريب لمقابلة العميل. ومواعيد الليزر بعيدة وغير مرنة والاسعار غاااااالية جدا جدا
لا أنصح فيه.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا قبل مركبه تقويم عندهم وكل ماحجز موعد لشد اسناني مالقى دكتوري يقولون انه مسافر او غير شغله ورحت دكتور ثاني وكل شهر يغيرون دكتور انتم متخيلين! وانتم عارفين كل واحد له طريقته بشغل واسناني راحت فيهاا وهنا فكيت تقويم بعد عناااء سنتين يانهم مستغلينك بفلوس وياليت شغلهم كويس منفسين ومعصبين ويطلعون حرتهم فيك قسم لو فيه اقل من 5 نجوم كان حطيته نصيحتي اللي بيركب تقويم يركبه بالرياض افضل له وفوق هذا انا صارلي سنتين او سنه تقريباً وانا احجز موعد ليزر اسلوب استقبالات سيئه مافي اسلوب منفسين ويعطونك نظرات سلامات!! وانا قاهرتني الفلبنيه انا جايه لها بدون ماحلق بموس طبعاً شعري كان خفيف مو ذاك زود يوم شافتهم تضايقت وتهاوشني وتخانقني وتقولي بعد ليزر تدفعين 50!!! سلامات كل ذا ماحلقت بموس انا بعياده بالرياض جيت عندهم بدون ماشيل شعري ماقالو شي واسلوبهم حلو ماتضايقو ولا شيي عكس عياده شقراء مره سيئه وين المدير عنهم ! يعني لا دكاتره ولا استقبالات ولا فلبينيات ولا المدير

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سهولة اخذ الموعد عن طريق الاتصال ..موظفي الاستقبال متعاونين .. الانتظار لم يستغرق الا ٥ دقائق تقريبا تجربتي عند الدكتور علي العنزي ممتازه ، يوضح للمريض كل شي ويستمع إليه ويعطيه النصائح .. والممرضه متعاونة .. ولي تجربة سابقة عند الدكتوره ريم لأطفالي كانت ممتازة ولم يشعر ابني برهبة طبيب الأسنان .
Ease of taking the appointment by calling.. The reception staff are cooperative.. The wait took only about 5 minutes. My experience with Dr. Ali Al-Anzi was excellent. He explained everything to the patient, listened to him and gave him advice.. The nurse was cooperative.. I had a previous experience with Dr. Reem for my children that was excellent. My son did not feel the fear of the dentist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was contented and satisfied of how I was treated. The receptionist was very accommodating. The clinic smells nice and it was well-cleaned. Dr Zouheir was very polite and patient in explaining the procedure. His hands were very light during the treatment.
