 I swear by Almighty God that he is a rotten hospital, especially a half of the reception staff, you feel that you are inside their house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف انا ماني راضي عن الخدمه المقدمه من المجمع نهائياً مواعيد اللليزر دايماً مضروبه ولا عندكم اللتزام بالمواعيد نهائياً يعني معقوله كل شهر احجز فيه ليزر يتاجل مره او مرتين !!!! والمره الاخيره رحت الى المجمع وانتظر نص ساعه في النهايه يقولون الممرضه م تقدر تجي اليوم !!!! والى الان ما جاني موعد رتوش !!!! .... اتمنى من اداره المجمع النظر وتحسين الخدمه المقدمه لكسب العميل ....
Unfortunately, I am not completely satisfied with the service provided by the complex. The laser appointments are always multiplied, and you do not have to abide by the appointments at all. I mean it is reasonable to book a laser that is delayed once or twice!!!! And the last time I went to the complex and waited for half an hour in the end, they say the nurse can't come today!!!! So far, I haven't had an appointment for retouching!!!! .... I hope the management of the complex will consider and improve the service provided to win the customer....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مجمع في منتهي الروعه تجربتي مع دكتورة الجلدية نورة.. للأمانة أفضل وأحسن دكتورة رحت لها قبل كل شي أمينة وصادقة و ذوق فالتعامل وشغلها في منتهى الاتقان والجمال وكانت متجاوبه معايا جداً وترد على كل استفساراتي
وللأمانة معالجاتها فرقت معايا جداًاًاً ….بإذن الله بستمر معاها..

A very classy complex. The medical staff is excellent and the reception is also. My experience with Dr. Moeen the orthodontist is very wonderful and the job is excellent and well done. ??????
