many items were received back with ink stains that wasn’t there before and others with food stains which was made by them

تم إرجاع عدة قطع عليها بقع حبر لم تكن موجودة عند تسليمها ثم عادت ثانية ولا تزال بعض البقع و معها بقع جديدة كأنها شوكولا و أعيدت للمرة الثالثة لإزالتها و أخيرًا رجعت بعد انقضاء عشرة ايام لأجد مكان البقع التي تسببوا هم فيها ثقوبًا في القماش و بذلك تم تخريبها بجدارة و هي قطع من ماركة اجنبية مشهورة غالية الثمن
بالتواصل مع المتحدث بإسم الشركة قال المشكلة عيب مصنعي

Several pieces were returned with ink stains that were not present when they were delivered, then came back again and some stains are still with new stains as if they were chocolate and were returned for the third time to remove them and finally I came back after ten days to find the place of the stains that they had caused holes in the cloth and thus it was They deservedly sabotaged, and they are expensive parts from a famous foreign brand

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ افضل استقبال في المكان واسواء خدمه من قسم التنظيف ومن اداره الشكاوي
حيث انني ارسلت مفرش سرير كبير لغسله غسيل جاف وحسب علمي ان مغاسل الرهدن من افضل المغاسل بالمملكه وتفاجئة عند استلام المفرش بوجود ثقب كبير بالمفرش جراء الغسيل لديهم وايضا عدة ثقوب من الاطراف بالمفرش جراء وضع علامه حسب قول الموظفين والاداره لحمايه المفرش من الضياع
ولاكن كيف لي ان استلم مفرش شاريه بمبلغ وقدر جديد واستلمه بهذا الوضع ارجوا الانتباه من هذه المغسله والله حق الواحد يضيع معاهم
اسوا اداره واسوا تعامل من قبل مدير الشكاوي
حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم وربي لا يحللهم بحق المفرش اللي خربوه ولا يريدوا الاعتراف بغلطهم

اولا ادارة غير متعاونه وغير متجاوبه ولا احد ينصفك في حال ضيعو لك شي
ثانيا اسعار مرتفعه جدا ومثلهم مثل اي مغسله ثانيه
انا كنت حريص اتعامل معهم عشان ما تضيع ملابسي او سجادي ولكن للاسف ضيعو سجاد لي وبكل برود يقولي المسؤول السعودي رح خذ تعويض من الفرع ٢٠٠ ريال رفضت التعويض بالرغم ان الفاتوره مسجل فيها يعوض في حال الفقد ٦ اضعاف وقيمة غسيل السجاد ٦٦ ريال يعني ٣٩٦ريال قيمة الغسيل والاخ يقولي ٢٠٠ وبعد ذلك رفضت وطلبت منه يبحثو عن السجاد في فروعهم ومن قبل العيد ولا حولك احد اليوم كررت الاتصال يقولي خذ تعويض ولا انتظر اليوم الاحد كلمنا الاحد الجاي نشوف بأسلوب مستفز كاني انا اللي مضيع سجادته لكن ما اقول غير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وحقي بأخذه ان شاء الله

Today Sunday we called next Sunday to see in a provocative manner as if I was the one who lost his carpet, but what I say is God suffices me and yes, the agent and my right to take it Insha'Allah
