أسلوبهم في النقاش يفتقد لاحترام العميل وفيه تلميح إلى أن الثوب تالف قبل الغسيل، ومع هذا سيتم تعويضك!!
تجربة أولى وأخيرة.
I handed them a bespoke dress from a luxurious tailor and they damaged it (cutting the cloth), compensation less than one-third of the value of the dress.
Their style of discussion lacks respect for the customer and has a hint that the garment was damaged before washing, however you will be compensated!!
