This branch is bad and the workers are unhelpful, there is no credibility, and I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدماتهم اصبحت سيئة جداً وتعامل غير لائق من خدمة العملاء. والاهم انهم يضيعون ملابسك ويطلبون منك عدم تبليغ وزارة التجارة!!!!!!
Their service has become very poor and inappropriate treatment of customer service. Most importantly, they waste your clothes and ask you not to inform the Ministry of Commerce!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رفعت شكوى ضدكم من خلال خدمة عملائكم بأن ثوبي به فصوص ازارير لونها ذهبي والقماش قطن خالص اصلي ومفصل من أرقى محلات التفصيل (سندي) @SindiTweets بسعر 900 ريال وفي الاخير ثوبي ضاع عندكم وكان ردكم أسوأ ماسمعت وهو تعويض 150 ريال وقسيمة 50 ريال .لن ارضى الا بسعر الثوب او 400 او 300 ريال.... وللعلم بأني وثقت في مغسلتكم بسبب انه لديكم غسيل دراي كلين الخاص بالقطن الفاخر والكوي الخاص به والذي يجعل مظهره رائع وحمايه له اكثر مع إطالة عمره الافتراضي. ولكن خابت توقعاتي ولن اتعامل معكم للأبد. ولماذا تعطوني قسيمه ٥٠ ريال عشان تنسرق اوتضيع ملابسي؟

I raised a complaint against you through serving your customers that my dress has golden buttons and the fabric is pure, original and detailed cotton from the finest detail stores (Sindi) @SindiTweets at a price of 900 riyals and in the end my dress was lost with you and your response was the worst I heard, which is a compensation of 150 riyals and a voucher of 50 riyals I will only be satisfied with the price of the dress or 400 or 300 riyals.... , and for the record, I trusted your laundry because you have a dry-clean wash for luxurious cotton and its iron, which makes its appearance wonderful and protects it more while extending its life span. But my expectations were disappointed and I will not deal with you forever. Why do you give me a 50 riyal voucher to steal or lose my clothes?
