★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This laundry company is a joke by all measures . I tired them in Al Khobar and the did a lousy Job l, both suited were totally ruined , they did not even bother to refund my money. Now in Riyadh Al Jaber Laundry Olaya 1 shop , did exactly the opposite of what they promised , I took my laundry and white brand shirt and a brand gray suite for dry cleaning two days ago , today I go to pick up my stuff which are prepaid per (Al Jabr Company policy ) which means you pay in advance regardless of the type of service you end up with. Again lousy unprofessional service was done on my expensive suite , white shirt additionally one item is missing . The best they could do was to say we are sorry , they did not offer to take corrective actions immidialaty while I was still at the shop , on the contrary the customer services number I called , they lady offered nothing . Al Jabr Laundry is nothing but unprofessional laundry service company. My advise - Do not take your valuables items to Al Jabr Laundry.
