My bed cover was dirtier from the start and smelled musty until it had stains on it. Namar Khayas branch. The Indian employee is a liar. He returned it with wrapping without washing!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندي مشكلة معهم مفرش جديد تم غسله عندهم ولكن صار لا يصلح للستخدام اعدته لهم ولكن رجع اسوى وله شهرين لم يتم تعويضي.. ولا الرد عليه ..
هل إرفع فيهم شكوى على وزارة التجارة او البلدية .. نرجوا مساعدتنا..
I have a problem with them, a new mattress that was washed by them, but it is no longer suitable for use. I returned it to them, but it came back to normal and has two months, and I was not compensated.. and no response to it..
Should I file a complaint against them with the Ministry of Commerce or the Municipality.. Please help us..
