★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ياليت يكون فيه توضيح بخصوص الشامبو المستخدم للسيارة .. سألت العامل يتهرب من الاجابة ومب واضح معي .. علما انه من حقي المعرفه بنوعه ومكوناته لعدم ضرر السيارة فيه
 I wish there was clarification regarding the shampoo used for the car.. I asked the worker to evade the answer and he was clear with me.. knowing that I have the right to know its type and components so as not to damage the car in it.

السلبيات مع اني ما اعتبرها سلبية ( الترقية لشامبو افضل مثل 3D حتى لو كان فيه زيادة بالسعر ?)
مدري اذا الموية فالمغسلة عادية او حلوة لكن يفضل تكون حلوة عشان البدي)
الأيجابيات: مناشف مايكروفايبر ، توفير منتجات للعناية بالسيارة بجانب المحل بدال ماتروح وتشتريها برا وكلها أصلية من الي شفته. فوطه للبدي ووحده للكفرات ?
بالنسبة لتأخير العمال اعتبره شيء إيجابي العامل ياخذ راحته و "يفصفص" السيارة قطعة قطعة ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المغسلة كانت ممتازة ولاكن بزيارتي الاخيرة العامل نظف البدي باسفنجه المواعين الخضراء ويوم جيته وكلمته وقلت البدي بيتاثر قال ماعليك اصبر لين تخلص وتشوفها قلت مابي اشوفها بعدين ابيك تنظفها باسفنجه مخصصة مثل م السيارة الي جنبي تغسل ب اسفنجه مايكرو قال هذا جايبها راعي السيارة وماعندنا زيها ويوم خلص تمسيح جاني يطلب اكراميه وهو ماقصر بالبدي وللاسف كانت تجربة لن تتكرر انا م اغسل عندكم الا عشان الفوط مايكرو والشامبو وسيارتي بديها نظيف نسبياً وانا اتحمل الزحمه والمشوار فوق ١٥ دقيقة عشان هالشيء وبالاخير القى ضرر على مركبتي اتمنى من المالك يحرص على العمال والله يباركله بحلاله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لقد واجهت مشكلة بسيطة بعد الغسيل مع احد العمال
لكن ردة فعلي تجاه الموضوع كانت شخصية لحد ما مما جعلني افور في نوبة غضب لبعض الشي مع الجميع ..
وهذا ما اعتذر عليه جداً من الاخ خالد وجميع طاقم العمل الخاص به
لكن بالنسبة للمالك ‘على حد علمي
لم يتوانى عن اي جهد في مراجعة جميع تفاصيل الاشكالية وقد تواصل معي شخصياً و راجع جميع كاميرات المراقبة وتم مسائلة جميع من كان بالموقع
وحتى بِ بعدم توفر صور واضحه لما حدث
إلا انه عوضني عما حدث أولاً ب أخلاقه وحسن تعامله وتقييمة للمشكلة قبل كل شيء ثم تم حل المشكلة
مع الوعود انها لم تكن غلطة المغسلة لعد توفر صور واضحة تثبت ما حدث وان هذا ليس من شيم العمال
“وقانونياً القانون لا يلزمه على تحمل اي فقد للممتلكات المفقودة اثناء الغسيل”
لانها مكتوبه بِ شعار كبير وواضح للعيان
لكن اخي خالد
اوجه لك كل الشكر والتقدير لِ مبادرتك وحتى على طرحك الحلول لإرضاء العميل
