تركت غسيل البيت وصرت عندهم بسبب جودة الصابون والمواد للثياب والبطانيات والشمغ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عادي تجي وتلقاهم مقفلين قبل الاذان بنص ساعه
ويفتح متى مابغى .. دوام العمال على حسب المزاج
مافيه اي انضباط في الوقت
والان الساعة 1.45 الظهر والمحل لم يفتح !!
It is normal to come and receive them closed half an hour before the call to prayer
And it opens whenever necessary.. the working hours according to the mood
There is no time discipline
And now it's 1.45 pm and the shop didn't open!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أسوء معاملة ممكن تحصلها في العالم في هذا المكان، لا أدب ولا إحترام ولأ أسلوب خدمة عملاء يليق. من الواضح ان العامل لم يتم تدريبه على التعامل مع العملاء .. مغسلة فاشلة لا انصح التعامل معها
The worst treatment you can get in the world in this place, no politeness, no respect, and no befitting customer service style. It is clear that the worker has not been trained to deal with customers..a failed laundry that I do not advise dealing with
