الخدمه من الموظفين غير جيده و يرفع صوته على العميل و حاولت اتواصل مع موظف على رقم الواتس طلع نفس الشخص الي كان في المحل اتوقع انه باكستاني الجنسية بسبب انهم مضيعين ثوب و لقيته بين الثياب المعلقة مع ثياب شخص ثاني و رفضت استلمها بسبب انهم فالين لي ان غسيل الملابس كل عميل لحاله و هذا شر تميزهم
الموظف المسؤول يقول انها لخبطه فقط وبعد الغسيل و الكوي
يا ريت تتغير نفسيات العمال و يحترمو العميل
و الاهم من هذا كله الاسعار متفاوته نفس القطعه مره ب ٣٠ و مره ٢٥ و مره ٢٠
و الجديد اذا تدفع كاش بدون ضريبة

غير ان جوالهم مفصول الموجود هنا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للامانه اسلوب العمال غير لائق ومنرفز اسعارهم غاليه شوي حطيت عندهم مفارش وجيت استلمها بالفاتوره العامل يقول تعال دور عليها لاانه معطيني فرش مو لي اكياس جبتها حق المفارش رموها بالزباله على الاقل يخبروني اني اخذها معاي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من المغاسل الحديثة بالمنطقه فيه عندهم مزايا بالمواد تفرق عن المغاسل العاديل ولديهم غسيل بالبخار وكوي ممتازه للي بيغسل بشت او فستان واسعارهم مقارنة بسر اللبس يعتبر رخيص يعني فستان كبير اتوقع ب٣٠ وسط ب٢٥ وصغير ب١٥ والتسعيره عندهم على الاستقبال

وقالوا لي الغسيل بخار
وبعد الاستلام يتبين لي أن الغسيل كان اوتوماتيك وليس بخار!!
المفارش غير نظيفة (نسبة التنظيف 50٪)
قماش المفارش الداخلي تالف ??
مستوى لا يليق أبدا
ليتني ما غسلت

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قصتي التي سارويها لا تمنعني بأن أقيم المغسلة ب 5 نجوم لأنهم يستحقونها و بجدارة و من منا لا يخطئ
و لو أنهم تجاوبوا معي بالهاتف لما كتبت الملحوظ الوحيدة و الاولى و الأخيرة إن شاء.
إلى وقت قريب كانوا منتظمين في المواعيد و عملهم لم أشاهد و لم أجرب مثله في المدينة خاصةً غسل و كوي الغتر و الاشمغة حتى الأسبوع الماضي أحضرت لهم ثياب للكوي و شماغين للغسيل سلموني الثياب في الموعد و بقيت الاشمغة جئت على الموعد فقالوا لم تجهز ثم جئت مرة أخرى قالوا تعال مرة ثانية ثم مرة ثالثة فاعطوني اشمغتي و انا في المسجد يوم الجمعة اكتشفت أنه ليس شماغي فرجعت لهم العصر و ارجعته لهم فطلب مني العامل أن أساعده في البحث عن اشمغتي المفقودة فلم نعثر عليها أتصلت برقم المغسلة+966556016684 مقطوع و لا يستلم رسالة الواتس
