تم إلغاء التعامل معهم بعد أكثر من ملاحظات على الكي .. أكثر من مرة يكون الثوب غير مكوي الأكمام ... وتم التنبيه عليهم أكثر من مرة وإعادة الثياب لكيها مرة أخرى دون فائدة .. مستوى الكي ضعيف جداً جداً.. وتم التأكيد عليهم آخر مرة بأنه سيتم البحث تن مكان آخر وكانت النتيجة واحدة لا فائدة .. وجاري البحث عن مغسلة ملابس أخرى
لحد الان تعتبر مغسلة عادية .. تم التوسعة .. يستخدمون المعاليق القديمة .. من الأفضل تغيير نوع المعاليق

ولما رجعتها له قعد ينافخ يقول ثيابك محروقققة !!!
اكثر من ثوب وشماغ ب400 ريال جديد كلها معفطة!! ويتهم العميل انه غلطان وغاسلها بماء حار !! اول مرة اشوف وساعة وجه مثل كذا
طول عمرنا نغسل ماشفنا شغل سلق بيض مثل هذا !
الواضح مكاينهم مضروبة وشغلهم سريع سريع
والجوال تبعهم مغلق !

The quality of ironing is really bad. Notify them many times about it without improvements.
I had to return few pieces to be ironed again which shows low quality control of their work. It might be because they are new, but it is important as they lost me as customer because of this.
