احضرت ملابسي وابلغت العامل أن لدي رحلة عمل الصباح وبستلم الملابس الساعة ٧ ونص هل انتو فاتحين اكد لي نعم ودخلت حسابهم في تويتر وتأكدت وكذلك في قوقل ماب والان أنا عند المغاسل من الساعة ٧ ونص والان ٩ الى الان ما فتحو اضطريت إلى تأجيل الرحلة والادهى والامر اتواصل على ارقامهم وبشتى الطرق والوسائل ولا يوجد رد لا بارك الله فيكم ولا بارك لكم في رزقكم حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وكفى

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They fool people, I went to get my pyjama washed .. The pricing list showed that the pyjama ( 2 piece) cost 9 SAR.. when the stuff printed that bill for me a 20+ SAR ..
and when I showed him the pricing list that was presented next to the cashier.. he froze and didn’t want to wash the pyjamas.. I will never go there again.. this was not the first time they fool me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: “They asked me to bring my clothes to fix them, I did and they are not fixed. Same problem and nothing changed. And they did nothing about it so never drop your clothes at this place.”
They ruined 4 of my thobs! I’ve informed them multiple times that the thobs are important and expensive (100% wool) so should be dry clean. And I asked more than once if there is a possibility of destroying them just let me know and I would walk away! Now they are shorter and tighter, I left 1 thob so I can compare and I can clearly see the difference! gonna pass by to solve this matter real soon. For the time being. DON’T take the risk.
