★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اتمنى ان تكون رسائل إلكترونية للفواتير وكذلك إرسال رسالة نصية لتفادي مصادرة الملابس اوالفرش اوالبطانيات وغير ها لمرور شهور بعد استلامها لان يوجد من العملاء مريض او جندي بالحد الجنوبي وغيره او فاقد وعي لأيام بالمستشفى ويكون ورقة او إيصال لاستلام الجمعيات الخيرية تعطى العميل

لكن هذه المرة حدث لي موقف غير جيد معهم في العيد كان طلبي غسيل وكوي فردي بـ 12 ريال ولكن تفاجأت ان الثوب لم يكوى بالشكل المطلوب وأعدت إليهم الثوب مجددًا وللأسف نفس المشكلة وتم الإتصال على الإدارة ورفع شكوى والمرة الثالث آتى الثوب بالشكل المرضي ، وأتمنى منهم التشييك المفاجىء على طلبات العملاء حتى لا يأتي الطلب بالشكل الغير مرضي للعميل .. وشكراً ..
