★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماحبيت اعلق ولا اظلم المغسله ب اي حاجه الا شي شفته بعيني وتجاوزت عنه كثير وانا عميل لديهم من فتره
اول حاجه صحيح انهم يغسلون ثيابك منفرده ولكن فيه سلبيه وهي ظهور بقع زرقاء ع اجزاء من الثوب وتضطر ترجع الثوب لهم عشان يغسلونه ثانيه وبدون فاتوره عشان مايحسب عليهم بالكمبيوتر ولو ضاع ثوبك يعوض الله مافيه شي تضمن فيه
وعذر العامل بظهور البقع هي مشكله بالغساله مع العلم انه فيه فوق 20 غساله وكلها نفس المشكله شي لا يعقل
والأمر الاخر والاشد هي بطئ العماله وعدم احترامهم للزبون الدائم لديهم اتيت له وطلبت استلام ثيابي ورفض العامل التسليم بعذر ان المغسله اغلقت والحسابات اغلقت وقلت له انا زبونك واجيك بكرا واحاسبك ولا احاسبك كاش الان ورفض واضطريت ادخل وابحث عن ثيابي بنفسي بدون اي تعامل من العامل بل رفض اني استلم الملابس
اخر تعامل لي مع هاذي المغسله الين مانشوف تطور من ناحية الغسيل وتدريب العماله ع التعامل مع الزباين بالشكل المطلوب

I told him I am your customer and I will come to you tomorrow and I will charge you and I will not charge you cash now. I receive the clothes
The last time I dealt with this laundry, we have not seen an evolution in terms of washing and training the workers to deal with customers in the required manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جربتهم مرتين في المره الاولى اضطريت اروح عزيمة ببدله لانهم سكروا قبل وقت نهاية دوامهم وكلمت مالك المغسلة ولم يتجاوب معي وفي المره الثانية صار فيه تأخير كبير وعدم مصداقية بالمواعيد حتى بعد التأخير .. وقابلت زباين في المغسلة يتذمرون من التأخير ... قد تكون حداثة المغاسل لها دور بسبب عدم وجود خبره لكن لن اكرر تجربتي معهم .

اول مره اجربهم واغسل عندهم شدني صراحه المغسله وترتيبها لكن للاسف طلعت مظهر بس العماله يكلمونك من طرف خشمهم كأنهم يغسلون لك ببلاش عدم الالتزام بالمواعيد شي صراحه مؤسف اخر مره بأذن الله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت ثيابي الجديدة وغسلت عندهم، في المرة الاولى تضيع ثوبي والمرة الثانية اصبح بعض اثيابي بقع صفراء، والمرة الثالثة العامل لا يعرف يحسب عدد الاثياب، والمرة الاخيرة الفاتورة ٤٤ ريال وعطيته ١٠٠ ريال وعطاني الباقي وقال باقي ريال وقلت خذها اهم تشتغل زين وبعد ما مشيت رجعت احسب الباقي طلع ناقص ١٠ ريال. صاحب المحل مغلق جواله كل الفترة.
طبعاً أتكلم عن فرع الي في شارع محمد بن سيرين لأني لم احصله على الخريطة فتم التقييم هنا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مايستاهلون ولا نص نجمه انا كنت معهم منذو الافتتاح وكنت اسوي اشراك وراضيه تمام الرضا لكن تغيرت العماله واصبحت سيئه للغايه وصاحب المغسله لا يتجاوب مع الشكاوى .. مره ضيعو الملابس ومره ظهرت بقع صفراء على الملابس ومره تركو اثر حرق على القميص وقمت بالتصوير وارسالها لصاحبها ولم يتجاوب واخر شي كنسلت الاشتراك منهم ومستحيل ارجع لهم .. معامله سيئه ،العمال حراميه ،صاحب المغسله غير مبالي وغير مهتم ،، حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل ماراح اساحمه كل الملابس الي خربهم كانت جديده لم تلبس
