★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف اول تجربة واخر تجربة لايوجد أسلوب في التعامل مع خدمة العملاء كانك في حراج وتترجاهم علشان يجو يصلحون الغرفه اللي داخله بالضمان ?
والإدارة العامة محد يرد !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول مره اتعامل معهم عن طريق اون لاين شريت طاولة طعام وتواصلت معهم قبل الشراء واخبروني بتوفر المنتج ودفعت المبلغ وجتني منهم رسالة بحجز الطاولة وقبل التركيب بيوم اخبروني بعدم توفر المنتج وانتظر فلوسك ترجع خلال اسبوع والمشكلة ان الشركات مسويه خصومات بمناسبة يوم الام لمدة ثلاث ايام فتقيمي لها اقل من نجمة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ قمة عدم اللياقة وقلة الأدب في التعامل مع العميل. مندوب مبيعاتكم السوري أو اللبناني اللي في فرع طريق الملك عبدالله لا يصلح للتعامل مع الناس، داخل أشتري طقمين كنب مجلس ومن سوء التعامل غيرت رأيي ورحت إشتريتهم من مفروشات العمر زي ماقال مندوبكم. يقولي روح خود من عندن. وإذا إدارة المجموعه حابة تعرف السالفة ممكن تسأل مدير المعرض المصري أظن إسمه عادل. ما فكرتو توظفون سعوديين
