★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مرحبا، سبق لي زيارة المحل والشراء منه. المحل ماشاء الله كبير والبضاعة متنوعة. تعاملت مع الأستاذ ناصر وكان تعامل جيد.
أشتريت موكيت تركي (أرمني) ١٢ متر مع التركيب بمبلغ ٢٠٠٠ ريال.
تجربتي لم تكن موفقة.
تركيب الموكيت لم يكن احترافياً. وجود كثير من الفراغات بالأطراف الملاصقة للجدران. كذلك حدود الوصلات مع القطعة الرئيسية واضحة، لو تم تركيبه بإحترافية وأستخدام الأدوات المناسبة سيبدو بشكل أفضل. عمّال التركيب لم يستخدموا الأدوات اللازمة عند قص الموكيت. قاموا بالقص بالطريقة البدائية بالتالي القطع لم يكن مستقيماً. عند الشراء ذكروا أنهم سيرسلون ٣ عمّال لكنهم أرسلوا عاملين وأضطررت لمساعدتهم في رفع غرفة النوم.
بالنهاية أحد العمال قام بتصوير الغرفة من غير إذن. وهذا عمل غير قانوني.
بإختصار تجربة غيرة جيدة بالنسبة لي. ولا أنصح بالتعامل معهم إلاّ بضمان جودة التركيب وإلا مالفائدة أن تقوم بشراء موكيت بمبلغ مرتفع ويكون التركيب سئ.
Hi, I already visited the store and bought from it. The shop is great, the goods are varied. I dealt with Mr. Nasser and it was a good deal.
I bought a Turkish (Armenian) carpet 12 meters with installation for 2000 riyals.
My experience was not successful.
The carpet installation was not professional. The presence of many voids in the walls adjacent to the walls. Also, the boundaries of the connections with the main piece are clear, if installed professionally and using the appropriate tools, it will look better. Installers did not use necessary tools when cutting the carpet. They cut the primitive way so the cutting was not straight. Upon purchase they mentioned that they would send 3 workers but they sent two workers and I had to help them raise the bedroom.
Finally one of the workers photographed the room without permission. This is an illegal act.
In short, a good jealousy experience for me. I do not recommend dealing with them except by ensuring the quality of the installation. Otherwise, it is beneficial for you to buy a carpet in a high amount and the installation is bad.
