★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جدًا جدًا.. للأسف مافيه مصداقية ولا إيفاء لطلبات العميل.. وأشوفه من أسوأ الأماكن اللي تعاملنا معها في تأثيث بيتنا.. رحت لفرعهم اللي في حي العارض و طلبت منهم يفصلون لي كراسي لطاولة الطعام وجبت لهم القماش، قال راح تجهز خلال 20 يوم، وادفعوا عربون 70٪ أو 60٪ من المبلغ، ودفعناه، وبعدها بدأت المشاكل كالآتي:
المشكلة الأولى: تفاجأنا من أن اسم الشركة على الفاتورة مختلف عن اسم المحل.
المشكلة الثانية: مر 20 يوم ولا جابوا لنا الكراسي وكل مرة نكلمهم يعطوننا عذر مختلف، وبعدها بكم اسبوع أرسلوا لنا أنه لازم ندفع باقي المبلغ عشان يوصلون الكراسي، ودفعنا الباقي، وماجابوا الكراسي لحد ما مر شهرين ونفذ صبرنا وتكلمنا معهم بأسلوب حازم فقالوا أن الموظف اللي في الفرع سرق مبلغكم ومبالغ ناس غيركم لكن انتظروا وبنعوضكم، وبعدها بفترة جابوها لنا الحمدلله.
المشكلة الثالثة: لما جابوا الكراسي لقينا القماش متشقق من عند زوايا ظهر الكرسي، ولون الخشب مختلف عن اللي اخترناه...
ولو فيه تقييم أقل من نجمة كان اخترته.. انتبهوا منهم.

The second problem: 20 days passed and they did not bring us chairs and every time we spoke to them they gave us a different excuse, and after that, how many a week they sent us that we had to pay the rest of the amount in order to deliver the chairs, and we paid the rest, and they met the chairs until two months passed and our patience ran out and we spoke with them in a firm manner so they said that the employee who In the branch, your money and the sums of other people were stolen, but they waited and we would compensate you, and after a while they brought it to us, praise be to God.
The third problem: When they came to the chairs, we found the cloth was cracked at the corners of the back of the chair, and the color of the wood was different from the one we chose ...
