★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very over priced…. The hotel doesn’t have a buffet which should include all types of breakfast for adults and children !
The customer service was fine but not as well as us should be..
but one of the reception staff was very rude….
The rooms are pretty old and the room service is not really managed they just make the bed and leave
u would need to go to the reception for complaint a then receive the towel
I had a very bad experience wouldn’t recommend anyone here !!!

The location is really amazing but the rooms furniture is out of date with poor electric arrangement
The hotel is under renovation now and im hoping it will be far better once the renovation finished
The staff was really friendly and helpful
The parking was very spacious and easy to access

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you for the welcoming ( the Reception)before entering the room they told me there is maintenance from 11 am to 5 pm. There is a sound in the air condition when the maintenance guy comes to my room he just changes the filter and he told me don't put the air condition in low put mid or high that's funny. Also, the furniture is old old and the laundry service doesn’t work. For me, this is my first time and my last time to visit this hotel unless there are any changes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a good location, staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel looks old and some furnature in room needs maintenance and fixing. The in-room dining menu had very limited options.

The hotel is obviously very old and not taken care off , the furniture feel like they are out of a horror film . The carpet are not clean at all , most of the power outlets don’t work.
Overall an awful experience , will never come back for sure.
Note : the hotel is undergoing renovations but it seems to be for the exterior of the hotel and not the interior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel officials say this is a 4 star hotel,But this does not give the service or quality of a 1 star hotel
But onetime has to come here and stay for a while as they treat their guests in a very, very bad way, I had to stay here for a month under special circumstances. I have experienced.
I swear in the true name of God that I will not stay here even for a day in my life anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mercure Khamis has undergone interiors renovation recently but the rooms still have the same old furniture and carpet. There’s some odour smell in the room probably due to old carpet.
The breakfast did not have wide variety but was just okay. One more problem is their prices are usually high.
The stay was okay
