Excellent customer service to book an appointment and the reception is good, but my experience with the engineer was unpleasant in terms of the delay in receiving and delivering the car when the maintenance was over

انا مشاري مرسيدس وليس صيني. الجودة تغيرت عند مرسيدس. الشركة رفضت طلب الإصلاح!
سارفع شكاوى في كل مكان حتى اخذ حقي منهم.
كانت عندي قبلها مثلها عشر سنوات ما تغير فيها شيء. الموديلات الجديدة تماما الجودة مختلفة ما تسوى القيمة.
I have a Mercedes E350 2019 model, change the color of the driver's seat leather. In 3 years the skin has changed!
I'm a Mercedes-Benz, not Chinese. Quality has changed at Mercedes. The company refused the repair request!
I will file complaints everywhere until I get my right from them.
I had it ten years ago and nothing has changed. Brand new models, different quality, not worth it.

خدمة مقرفة و مثيرة للغثيان
I received a recall message on my car that I need to make an immediate appointment and not to drive it until it is fixed!!
I have been calling their number since yesterday and nobody picks up the phone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unprofessional workshops I’ve ever seen in my life. I came here twice for a malfunction in my AC and transmission which have appeared after my first maintenance there. They made sure to hold my car for a week in both times at the same engineer without fixing anything. They don’t deserve a star. What a joke!!!
