★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يوجد أطباء وعلاجات ويوجد علاج لكثير من الحالات النفسية،، لكن للأسف المستشفى لوحده لايكفي، إذا لم يجد المريض المؤازةوالوقفة الصادقة من الأهل في متابعة حالة مريضهم والانتظام في المواعيد وإعطاء العلاج لمريضهم في مواعيده المحددة،،
There are doctors and treatments, and there is treatment for many psychological conditions, but unfortunately the hospital alone is not enough, if the patient does not find support and sincere stance from the parents in following up on their patient’s condition, regular appointments and giving treatment to their patient on the specified dates,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ واضح من التعليقات ان المستشفى يحتاج اعادة نظر اذا مستشفى نفسية وتعامله سيء ومافيه مراعاة للمريض مصيبة
It is clear from the comments that the hospital needs to be reconsidered if it is a psychological hospital and its treatment is bad and there is no regard for the patient's calamity

المريض بيوقف العلاج بسببهم
ياخذون اجازة بدون إعلام المرضى
والمريض يروح مشوار للمستشفى بلا فائدة
- لازم المريض يجلس يتردد عليهم كل يومين عشان يستفسر عن اعراض جديدة جاته من المرض أو الدواء ، خصوصًا مريض الوسواس مانقدر نمنعه فالمفروض يكون فيه تواصل نصي مع الدكتور
- الاستقبال ما يردون على المكالمات مدري وش فايدتهم ووش فايدة رقم الاتصال اللي حاطينه
Doctors are excellent, but they have notes
The patient stops treatment because of them
They take leave without informing patients
The patient goes to the hospital, to no avail
The patient must sit and visit them every two days in order to inquire about new symptoms of the disease or medication, especially the obsessive patient.
- The receptionists do not answer the calls, they do not know what is the benefit of them, and what is the use of the contact number you gave them

اخلاق العاملين في التنسيق سيئه جدا
مافي نظام حجز او حتى صوف للادويه لو عندك وصفه من مستشفى ثاني
Psychology opens from 4-8 pm only
The behavior of the coordinating staff is very bad
There is no reservation system, or even medicine, if you have a prescription from a second hospital
