دافعة مبلغ 1200 ريال على عباية ولم تكن بالشكل المطلوب وعندما طلبت تعديلها ابلغوني انهم عدلوها بقدرتهم البسيطة ولما رفضت قالتلي روحي اشتكي وفلوسك ماراح ترجع.
كل شي ممكن يهون الا قلة الحيا.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كنت زبونة لهذا المحل وصراحة تصاميم العبايات والخامات ممتازة لكن للأسف كل مرة اروح المحل ألقى مستوي الخدمة متردي أكثر من قبل. طلبت عباية وماكانت مثل ماتوقعت نهائيًا بسبب سوء تواصل الموظفة، ولما تواصلت مع الموظفة (اللي رفضت تذكر اسمها في بداية المكالمة) عشان أبدل العباية بشيء يناسبني، للأسف تفاجئت إن الموظفة رفضت وقالت بس ممكن نعدل العباية لك، وأنا أصلًا طالبة عباية جاهزة عشان يكون عندي سهولة ومجال أبدلها. مافيه احترافية في التعامل ولا دقة في المواعيد ولا احترام لناس كانوا عملاء من بداية البراند. صراحة شيء محزن تشوف براند كويس كذا يتردى مستواه بهذا الشكل.

Unfortunately these reasons alone won’t make me return to this place ever again, because of the extremely unprofessional service, and the unbelievable lack of communication skills. Its really unfortunate to witness a great business going down just because of the quality of the service.
I was a customer of this shop and frankly the designs of the abayas and materials are excellent, but unfortunately every time I go to the store the level of service threw more than before. I asked for an abaya and it was not exactly what I expected due to the employee's poor communication, and when I contacted the employee (who refused to remember her name at the beginning of the call) so that I could exchange the abaya with something that suits me, unfortunately, I was surprised that the employee refused and said, but we can modify the abaya for you. Ease and scope to replace it. There is no professional in dealing, no punctuality, and no respect for people who were customers from the beginning of the brand. Frankly, it is a sad thing to see the brand's quality as well as its deterioration in this way.
