إذا ماردو خبر والصيدلي ما أعطاك الدواء
تتصل على مجلس الضمان الصحي وتشتكيهم لأن النظام ينص في حالة عدم الرد من شركة التأمين أكثر من ساعه فهي موافقه ضمنيه

- Approvals : Takes more than 1 hrs and sometimes more
- Claim Request : Takes more than one week.
- App : it’s useless as most of their listed services is not functioning as it should be.
- Claim center : After waiting for more than 18 minutes, I had to end up the call with no response from their side.
