بالنسبه اللي ينتظر أكثر من ساعه ع الموافقه إذا ماردو خبر والصيدلي ما أعطاك الدواء تتصل على مجلس الضمان الصحي وتشتكيهم لأن النظام ينص في حالة عدم الرد من شركة التأمين أكثر من ساعه فهي موافقه ضمنيه
